Cross from Mission Santa Clara, erected on bank of Rio Guadalupe by Padre Tomas de la Pena, January 12, 1777. This cross was moved to each successive mission site. In 1878, the cross was encased, and recased again after storm damage in 1902.

Interior of Debating Hall and early classroom located in the upper story of the California Hotel. The adobe structure was former mission building and roadside inn, taht was converted by John Nobili, S.J. into one of Santa Clara's first classrooms.
The 130-bed senior dormitory was located on the first floor of the Ship. The term "senior" refers to the collegiate students who lived there as opposed to the high school students who slept elsewhere.
